Buying & Merchandising

TRANSCEND

The project allowed me to become familiar with the principles that contribute to the fashion industry through buying and merchandising. Through a managed critical path I was able to monitor key deadline dates and follow a sequence of steps that lead to the development of the product.

Through research and trend analysis i was able to select key shapes, fabrics, country of origin, price points and colour ways for this trend. I then highlighted through a 6 piece range plan the product allocations, costing of the product, and forecasting what products would be best sellers within this range, consuder consumer demographic.
